1. Quick control map
- Location: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Journvia.
- iCloud: iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Journvia.
- Local content: use journey, note, combo, and Delete All Data controls in Journvia.
- Subscriptions: iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
2. Location and places
Journvia requests When In Use location access for optional place and commute features. You may deny or revoke it and continue manual recording. You can remove saved place names, coordinates, radius, and automation preferences in settings. Journvia is not intended to keep a continuous route history.
3. iCloud synchronization
Turning off iCloud for Journvia stops future synchronization but may leave existing copies on the device or in iCloud. Use Journvia's deletion flow before disabling synchronization when you want both copies removed. Apple may also provide account-level iCloud controls.
4. Access, export, correction, and deletion
Journvia offers a readable export and a Delete All Data action covering local records and Journvia's private CloudKit records. Individual records should be editable or removable where the feature permits. Because the operator has no custom user account and is not intended to view your private database, it may not be technically possible to locate a private record from an email address alone.

5. Advertising and US state choices
Journvia does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. It therefore does not currently offer a Do Not Sell or Share switch. If those practices ever change, a legally required opt-out and Global Privacy Control handling will be provided before the change.
Residents of jurisdictions with applicable rights may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
6. Complaints and appeals
